Who runs this.
Switchyard is run by Sam Luker, an AI engineer based in the UK. He spends his weekdays shipping production AI systems for clients (GetAIPowers among them) and his evenings running Switchyard directly.
The reason the practice exists is simple: most small businesses don't need an agency. They need one good engineer who finishes the job and hands it back. Switchyard is that engineer — productised, transparently priced, no retainers.
He's seventeen, which is occasionally worth mentioning and never worth making the headline. The work either holds up or it doesn't. Read the Demo Lab and decide.
