01Does it work with my existing CRM?

Yes — we integrate with whatever you're using. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion, a Google Sheet, your bespoke tool. If it has an API or a CSV, we can talk to it.

02What if I don't have a CRM yet?

We'll set up something light (Airtable or Notion) as part of the build. No extra charge, no lock-in.

03Will the auto-responses sound like me?

Yes. Part of the scoping is capturing your voice — past emails, calls, anything you've written. The copy reads like you, not like a generic SaaS template.

04What happens after handover?

You have full use of everything — code, copy, dashboard — under a perpetual licence. We retain copyright (so we can keep using the patterns elsewhere), but you can run it, modify it, and host it forever with no further fees. We can stay on a retainer if you want changes, but most clients run it themselves from handover onwards.
