If you've got a problem that AI can solve and the off-the-shelf SaaS world isn't doing it well, this is the route. We scope it tight, quote you a fixed price, and ship on a defined engagement.
What this means in practice: you stop paying for software that only half-fits, stop maintaining a spreadsheet that should be a system, stop explaining your workflow to vendors who don't care. The result is a tool built around how you actually work — not a workaround.

01What's the price range?
Most Custom Builds land between £500 and £3,000. The free scoping call exists so you find out before committing.
02What if my idea is too weird?
Probably not. We're a small UK practice that builds AI tooling — weird is the usual. The 30-minute call is where we tell you 'this is too weird' if it actually is.
03Do you do retainers?
Generally no. We prefer to finish projects and hand them over. If you need ongoing support, we'll point you at someone who specialises in it.
